Having taken a break from competition's for a while, Stuart was delighted when this wedding photograph of Kim on her wedding day at The Dairy Waddesdon won a gold award in the recent Society of Wedding & Portrait Photographers monthly awards.
I love to photograph weddings at Waddesdon Manor, but it is not often I get to pop over to Windmill Hill at Waddesdon with the bride and groom. Ben is an architect and both he and Danielle fell in love with the modern lines and contemporary design of Windmill Hill, it certainly made a spectactular backdrop for some of their wedding photographs.
As proud owners of a beautiful horse we love to photograph her in action, our love of horses has extended into some stunning fine art photography. We are always being asked by our horsey friends how to get the best picture's of their horse, so Stuart is running a special "Equestrian Photo Training Course" on the 29th April, which is kindly being hosted by Emma Richardson and Bicester Riding Club at Manor Farm Murcott. It will be a half day course running from 9.30 - 1.00pm and will include a buffet lunch, the cost is £45.00 per person to book simply click HERE The course will cover some of the following topics :- How to set up your camera correctly, getting action shots sharp, panning your camera to capture your horses movement, detail shots, horse portraiture, how to use light to your advantage and how to get the best prints from your digital files. There will also be a friendly print critique if you would like to bring some of your favourite pictures. Here are a few of our favourite images to wet your appetite.
Kim & Tariq are getting married at The Dairy, Waddesdon this summer, sadly the daffodils will be long gone, so it was great to shoot their engagement portrait and make the most of this lovely spring weather.
I am at The Dairy at Waddesdon's Wedding Show on Sunday, a wonderful place for a wedding, love working there. To celebrate I thought I would share this great B&W collection of images from a wedding at The Dairy.
We are delighted to be attending the Blenheim Palace wedding fair tomorrow. Stuart has photographed many lovely weddings at Blenheim over the years, here are a few of our favourites.
We have had the pleasure of photographing many happy faces in 2011, but I think this image tops them all, love the movement, colour and best of all the expressions of Lucy and Tom.
